Hydraulic Engineering-only Mixing Station (Plant)

HLSS360 Hydraulic Engineering-only Mixing Station developed by NFLG is currently the biggest pre-cooling mandatory concrete mixing plant with the biggest productivity of normal concrete and compacted concrete as well as the biggest volume. It is equipped with temperature controlling equipment such as aggregate silo cooler and sheet ice adding machine. It mainly works for large rolling-concrete hydraulic engineering, meeting the requirements of the high intensity and pouring of large-scale water conservancy and hydro-power project. HZS150 and HZS200 are special for hydraulic engineering-only mixing station. The biggest productivity reaches 200m3/h theoretically.


  • 01 Batching System:
    Large-inclined-angle eccentric-pin arch-valve design with vibrating lining structure and adjustable relief-plate ensure the material pour out smoothly.
    With aggregate and proportioning system only to hydraulic engineering.
  • 02 Conveying System:
    Changeable frictional encapsulate cylinder. The maintenance can be done in half an hour, really time-saving.
    Five times of clean and water clean can minimize the damage to the belt.
  • 03 Filler Measuring System:
    Connecting the big end and the small end can avoid the influence the spiral has on filler.
    Free weigh structure can avoid the influence the building has on filler.
    Reasonable permeability design can balance filler pressure effectively avoid impacts on measurement.
  • 04 Liquid Measurement System:
    Water storage tank can automatically crop. Flux is more stable. Calculation and measurement is precise.
    Rough and precise measurement can automatically add lose and remove the extra, ensuring measurement accuracy.
    Independent admixture weighs. Adding in advance and adding later are both feasible.
    Admixture leakage prevention device can ensure the quality of the concrete.

  • 05 Dust Removing System:
    Pulsed-wave mode bag filter can remove 99.9% of the dust and the maintenance fee is low.
    Large-draft fan exhaust can balance the pressure of systems in the building and ensure the calculation and measurement precision and speed.

    Double-helical ribbon agitator can save 15% of the mixing time and 20% of the energy.
